Some features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Misuse of the Service or placing excessive load on our systems
  • Copying or redistributing the Service's systems or templates
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Using the Service to generate spam, malware, or phishing content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models

4. Generated Images

4.1 Ownership of Generated Images

Users retain the rights to use the images they generate. Both personal and commercial use are permitted.

4.2 Quality of Generated Images

As the images are AI-generated, unintended results may occur. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images for any particular purpose.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

The following uses of generated images are prohibited:

  • Use for illegal activities
  • Use that defames or harms others
  • Use for fraud or deception
  • Use to impersonate others
  • Creating deepfakes or misleading media without disclosure

5. Uploaded Content

5.1 Rights Verification

You must ensure you have the appropriate rights to any images you upload.

5.2 Prohibited Content

The following content may not be uploaded:

  • Illegal content
  • Content that infringes on others' rights
  • Inappropriate content (violent, sexual, discriminatory, etc.)
  • Content containing personal information of third parties without consent

6. Credits and Payments

6.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate images.

6.2 Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

6.3 Subscription Plans

If you subscribe to a plan, you will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Copyright

The copyright for the Service's content (templates, designs, systems, etc.) belongs to AI Takai.

7.2 Trademarks

"AI Takai" and related logos are trademarks of AI Takai.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 Generated Results

We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or legality of generated results. We are not liable for any damages resulting from decisions or actions based on generated results.

8.2 Service Availability

We are not liable for damages caused by:

  • Temporary service interruptions or failures
  • Loss or corruption of data
  • Unauthorized access by third parties
  • Force majeure events

8.3 "As Is" Basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TAKAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Service Changes and Termination

We may, without prior notice:

  • Modify, add, or remove Service features
  • Add, modify, or remove templates
  • Temporarily suspend the Service
  • Terminate the Service

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Takai operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
